Sophia has started to sign! We've been watching these Baby Signing Time videos once a day for almost every day the past 6 months. She really knows her signs and uses them appropriately, when she really wants something! This last week she has been signing banana (which is her favorite thing), more, all done and baby (which means she wants to watch the Baby Signing Time video). It is truly amazing and exciting to see her start to communicate what she wants. This is an exciting time!
Although this picture isn't of her signing,
she is pointing at everything and saying "Dah?" as if to ask what that thing is. Sometimes she'll pronounce "Doh", which I think means "go there". I love this baby language. :)
