We had our doctor's appointment today! It went well, baby and I are both healthy. I'm still not "changing" so at this point it is unlikely that Sophie will be joining us this week. (You never know though, I feel like something is happening)
We have however scheduled an induction for a week from today - Wednesday, 6/24/09! At that time, she'll be 39.5 weeks old, and more than ready to come into this world (I will be ready too!) Jason and I are both besides ourselves with excitement. I'm only mildly overwhelmed with wrapping up everything at work in the next couple of days! My last day of work will be this Friday! How bizzare. Jason's last day of work will be Monday - its going to be great to have a couple of days to just be together, relax and unwind.
We'll go in for the induction on Wednesday night at 8pm and then Sophia will most likely be born someitme Thursday afternoon. I can't wait to meet her - one week from today, we'll start on this amazing journey!
Its such wonderful anticipation, knowing that the best, most important day of our lives is just around the corner!
