Bath Time!

Sophia had her first water bath yesterday (7/7/09)! She really enjoyed the warm water and floating around in it, but she did not appreciate us messing with her and using baby soap on the washcloth. Jay and I loved bathing her and even more so comforting her once bath time was over. It was a fun first bath!

We had a weight-check appointment with the doctor today, and Miss Sophia is right on schedule - she has been eating well and is back up to (and passed) her birth weight! She is now a healthy 8 pounder. The doctor mentioned again that she is perfect, and we couldn't agree more!
