Happy Birthday my darling! 3 months ago we were up all night together (plus the day before that!) and we were so excited to meet our Sophia. This birthday is such a developmental milestone for you, and you are passing all of the skills with flying colors. You are getting to be a pro at grabbing at your toys, you skillfully study the toy, then carefully extend your arm, open your hands and are grabbing anything and everything within your reach. You are also putting lots of things in your mouth, most of all your hands. You are sitting up in
your Bumbo now and have such a strong neck. You are even able to push up on the ground and hold your weight with your forearms, extending your head upright. You love looking in the mirror in this position now and are starting to reach for toys while in tummy time. The really, really exciting thing you did just two days ago was roll over for the first time! It was so exciting to see. You rolled from being on your belly to your back, you were a little bit shocked but also excited. It is so fun for us to see you discover new things about yourself and the world around you. Our sleeping and eating patterns are getting more regular and we can play for 1-2 hours at a time now. Our favorite thing by far is cuddling you as you nap, that is the best feeling. We cherish these precious moments. The last three months have been such a miracle and we are so glad you picked us for parents. We love you Sophia Jayne!
