Preparation...

Today is a day of preparation. Jason and I pulled ourselves up by our boot straps this morning and kept a stiff upper lip as we took our darling Sophia to a trial run at daycare. Sophia was a little (lot) restless last night and neither her or I slept very well, so I was a little nervous about taking her today. When we got there though, she and I and Daddy were very calm and it was a comfortable feeling. We didn't expect to be so at ease with leaving our little angel, but I guess because we've done our homework and have met the people several times it was something that we and most importantly Sophia was comfortable with. We are leaving soon to pick her up and I can't wait to see her and give her a huge hug with lots of kisses!

In the meantime, Jason and I went shopping for some baptism things and are looking forward to a day of celebrating our beautiful daughter. It was nice to spend the time that we had away from her in planning an exciting event for her.
