Pitter Patter

Sophia is RUNNING! It did not take long for this little peanut to get a movin! A few weeks into it she had a slow waddle, kind of like a penguin. But those days are long gone - she has perfected her walk, now she can run with bending her knees, pushing her feet down with that unmistakable pitter-patter sound and all the while holding her fists up chest-level as if she is ready to grab whatever she sees in her path. Jason and I literally spend most of our time chasing after our own little speedy Sophia.

I love watching that determination - no amount of falling, tumbling, bumping or sliding will slow her down. The excitement in her eyes is priceless, she has a whole new lease on life and she is seizing every opportunity. We are so proud of our Sophia.
